Mrs. Kenisha Williams - Principal

I am Kenisha Williams and I am honored and excited to join the Dutchman Creek Middle School community as principal. I am a graduate of the College of Charleston and Gardner-Webb University. Throughout my career, I have served as a Spanish teacher, instructional coordinator for Career and Technical Education, and assistant principal, dedicating my work to supporting students, families, and educators.

I believe that strong relationships, high expectations, and continuous improvement are the foundation of a successful school. I am passionate about creating a culture where students feel valued and where teachers are empowered to innovate and grow in their practice. My leadership philosophy is rooted in fostering trust, building partnerships, and ensuring that every decision is centered on student success. As principal of Dutchman Creek Middle School, I am committed to partnering with students, staff, families, and the community as we continue Growing Great Gators Together. I look forward to building upon the school's strengths while cultivating an environment where all students are inspired to become successful lifelong learners and reach their full potential.
